First you need to read the eeprom from the CEM and read eeprom from engine ecu, then using some special software you generate the new engine ecu data and rewrite that eeprom.
software is here, you can download it and have a look before you buy, there are different software for different ecu.

You will also need abs ID

I'ts quite time consuming, might be easier to send it to volvo for a reload.
