Hi all
I have this D5 with one of the injector clamp bolts snapped off in the head.
The first 9 came out OK, but try as I might, eventually the head snapped off the bolt, flush with the head. It had to be be the last one!
These are long thin bolts as you know - 6mm by poss 40mm long and I would'nt fancy trying to drill one out even with the head on the bench, let alone still on the car.
There are a few companies offering a removal service for this, has anyone tried them or can recommend? Obvoiusly I dont want to take the head off unless absolutely necessary.
Any help would be appreciated.
