Have a look at measuring block 23 when you drive and it jerks.
From memory they should be about 25.

values over 90 on all four is indication of fuel supply issues.

If only individual values over 90 is indication of leaking tapered support in head.

You also need to check the fuel pressure at the tandem pump too, it has a test port. maybe a good idea to test this when fault occurs too.
