so here is my thoughts on it, can you look at the dpf pressure sensor in say eobd and then graph it while you drive the vehicle,
you say its 1 psi at WOT( so this is 7 kpa) so in eobd it should display in kpa, drive the vehicle and see what the computer says in eobd, then do it again in the ford section , compare the two results, do they match, is eobd telling the truth and ford lying ?, are they both lying?
if the computer sees the correct readings move away from the pressure sensor, you have created a bad test, if the readings match your mitivac test i.e. 10 psi is seen as 119psi what more can you do?
