Hello Colin, the one I did came back today after the customer called the RAC out last week. RAC hit fuel tank & pump started. I've ordered another new pump from Volvo to get customer on his way but when I removed the pump/sender I found one of the terminals on the plug burnt. (very small terminal compared to the wire size) Fitted new terminal into plug & re-built. So I now have a new unopened pump if you're interested. (Make me an offer, don't expect dealer will accept it back).
