2 weeks & 450 miles later car returns with 98% saturation & blocked dpf? fault code is above intermittent along with dpf pressure related codes and live data suggests clutch switch is good , air mass , egr all good,no excess smoke, so carried out a clean & re-gen on the new dpf & asked the customer to return in 1 wk for evaluation
van has done 130miles ,running fine,clutch switch code is stored but dpf is at 91% dpf pressure diff is only 10kpa wot but i know this will be blocked very soon if re-gen dosnt occur
guy has had van for 3yrs so driving style should not be a factor
my questions are, is the clutch switch issue affecting re-gen?
what is the trigger point on this vehicle for re-gen? have i given it enough time?
ive noticed in the software updates it asks you if its fitted with dpf, if i update it saying no will that overight dpf & can i just remove it?
