There is no water pump for the EGR, but there is an electric water pump for the turbo, if you follow the turbo cooling pipes you will find it.
The cooling for the Egr is controlled by an electronic solenoid that controls vacuum to the EGR cooler actuator, which is on the egr cooler.
Both of these should be easy for you to check now.
