Good afternoon all,

We currently have in the workshop a Ford Mondeo with a customer complaint of excessive diesel knock when engine is warm.

No fault codes stored, Live data looks ok bar MAF readings!

20 g/s with ignition on and engine off,
130 g/s with engine idling
1368 g/s with engine under full snap throttle in workshop.

These are way above what i was expecting to see, i have checked with a scope for the readings from the MAF, its a digital MAF and the square waveform looks clean....

Wiring back to ECU is ok also, No apparent boost leak although i am about to pressurise the intake on this vehicle to be sure...

i'm sure we should have as close to 0g/s on our live data with key on, engine off?
