Yes I know it can be done with the dealer kit which is T4 on that vehicle which I own and have used for that very purpose.
DEC should be able to also perform that task, which I also own but I don't remember ever trying to match a second hand ECU to that type of vehicle with it.
Without either option available then swapping the EPROM's over would be the next local step.
