I did a bit of research on the same vehicle / code a while ago but problem never returned so did not pursue it.
I understand this code is common on these,possible fixes are ECU software update and fuel metering valve.
I doubt it was due to the service, just lurking in the back ground, maybe the driver does not drive it hard so not noticed it ? as its a high code may be even clean filter has tipped it over.
