check the fuel pressure either side of the tandem pump.
After stripping these take a lot of bleeding to purge the head gallery of air.
Can you run a few basic settings in channel 35 this should run the in tank pump if available & bleed the head gallery
Are the fuel pipes connected the correct way around, if refitted arse about face there will still be fuel delivery to the head gallery with pressure in the return line.
