Hello Shane,
The diesel pump is a fly-by-wire set up on the Lucas Epic system and fueling is carried out from there which is controlled via the ECU.
I have had pump and ECU problems with these Doblo's.
The ECU is plug and play and the epic pump was silly money from Fiat last time I inquired.
The throttle pedal is normally very reliable and strangely made by Bosch (from memory) even though its a Lucas set up.
There is also an air flow/pressure flap unit on the air inlet hose and sometimes the plastic flap inside breaks off from the metal rod.
