Hey, Got a fiesta diesel that runs with mil on and poor. Been elsewhere and landed on our door step.

Codes in system p0192 and p0200 injector signal.

Fuel leak is apparent on return system, could be where said other garage had been testing ?? SO cleared codes, and before even starting the p0192 code comes straight back on.

Ok got a starting point, tested rail pressure sensor 3 wires one 5v feed one earth and one signal wire (on pin 1)

got feeds 5v and earth, but signal is always at 0.14v, but the engine will start, i was always under the assumption if there were no fuel seen pressure no starting. In live data i'm getting 300 bar approx at idle.
Is there another sensor on the pump for pressure ?

I'm now thinking the fuel leaks are due to over pressure?

Also on number 4 injector there is a one way valve on the return leak off this was pointing to the injector so no return flow. possible causing the injector signal fault ?

Any suggestions or any common issues i've overlooked before I order a fuel rail/sensor set up.
