I am assuming that this is the 2.0L M9R engine with Piezo injectors.
I would check the other injectors as it is quite common for more than one to fail at the same time. Group 2 normally refers to injectors 2 & 3.
Check injector resistance is between 150k & 200k ohms also check each pin at injector for short to earth.
Also if it is the M9R engine cylinder 1 is at the timing chain end.
