hi thanks for taking the time to read this.i would like advice on the low pressure fuel system on this landrover.the car drives normally most of the time until it is asked to do a prolonged spell of acceleration or fast driving .at this time it goes into limp home mode and wont rev past 3000 rpm various warning lights illuminate.fault codes are generated in many controllers even the electronic handbrake and height control and these relate to comms problems between various ecus my hope is these are red herrings brought on by the sudden loss of power .there is a fault code in the engine ecu relating to fuel pressure.i have been checking diesel delivery pressure and flow rates to the high pressure pump as far as i can tell all is fine in the garage but when road tested with the guages still attached showed a marked loss of flow and pressure until limp home cuts in.i woud like to eliminate the in tank pump and filter but cant work out what pipe goes where and dont understand the readings i am getting.a filter has made the problem much better but i would still like to pinpoint the cause.i have the workshop manual on cd but the files ( fuel tank and lines 2.7l diesel) 310-01c are missing.can anyone point me in the right direction as to what the schematics of the system are and what the various components do.a copy of the missing chapter would be great.thanks in anticipation paul
