Hi guys

Hope you can help.customer brought van in
saying there was a lack of power. Starts OK, but will
not rev over 3000 rpm.

Fault code read lists:
Mass air flow fault and accelerator fault. On live
data mass air 3.7 volts and pedal seems too be switching up too 4.0 volts and back.

EGR only reading 80,81%. EGR valve in throttle body at front, also when mass air flow plug disconnected it still stays the same, will not rev above 3,000

Any ideas
