The aim of UKAT is *To share knowledge and experience, to educate each other, and in the ever changing world of motor vehicle technology enhance the professionalism of UK Automotive Technicians* The two comments after my 12.55 post today do not fall into the spirit of the aim of UKAT. One is negative where a helpful answer could be given to my query and the other is nothing short of crass where again the answer to my question could be given.

As I have mentioned on previous occasions, I cover various aspects of the trade and have only recently started to learn about diesels and therefore selective on what jobs I take on. I am learning slowly with experience, study and with guidance from helpful members of this site. If you cannot make a positive contribution, then I would request that you refrain from negative/sarcastic comments which is not within the spirit of UKAT as far as I am aware.

Finally, whenever I try and help a member it is done so in a positive manner and I would never stoop to derogatory comments that some members seem to excel. I would be grateful therefore if you could offer me the same courtesy as I do other members.
