Fault Codes where for throttle pedal and P2291 Fuel pressure to low during crank, after checking live data the fuel pressure was low. Carried out other checks and condemned the injection pump.
Replaced the throttle pedal, injection pump and fuel filter.
After all this still no start, fuel pressure is now up to 300 bar on cranking and there is no fault codes present.
We have scoped the crank and the cam sensors of which both seem fine, the timing is fine, and we appear to have feeds to all the sensors.
Only thing that seems strange is that when checking for a pulse at the injectors with a noid light the flash is very weak?? We have checked the earths for the ECU which again seem fine.
Next step we are thinking about sending the ECU away for testing??
Any thoughts will be gratefully appreciated as we seem to be going round in circles
