Apologies for not updating this.

I put it on Carmanscan and came up with P1229 (fuel overfeed) pressure higher than target.

The only thing to stand out was that he got fuel from a station other than his usual one.

I changed the fuel filter and in fairness the old one looked clean as did the fuel.

It's done about 7,000 klm since without issue.
