I don't think so but I would try pulling (engine switched off) an injector wire off to see what cylinder fault was logged on.
Do you have a fault code ? may be able to get a better description.
If it helps your are welcome to call over with it and try with my scanner (FOC) to see if comes up with a more informative description & code.
