Year of Manufacture *: 2003
Engine Size and Code *: 2.0
( Optional ) ECU Type: Denso
( Optional ) Scanner Used: KTS and Launch
( Optional) Fault Codes: NONE
Mazda 6, Non Start, no fault codes, under cracking fuel pressure at 200 bar, disconnected cam shaft sensor (as common problem with pick up), still none start.
Good crank signal, coolant temp. The engine will run if you hold the key in the crank position, so checked all voltages to ECU all ok, apart form pin 34 where I seem to be getting a perment earth rather than a switched live, but not sure that Auto data is correct! Haven't got the nerve to snip the wire and send a live to the ecu.
The only way I can get the engine to run is to disconnect the pressure solind on the pump, which put the fuel pressure high then the car will idle.
Customer has already replaced the pressure solind at a guess.
Sorry for the rant but its driving me mad! Any ideas much appreciated
