Thanks Tony... Update, just removed inlet manifold the flaps in it are missaligned with no bearings left between flaps on no 4 end of engine.
There is a little plastic ring with a locating peg next to the actuator, this was out of its seat allowing the runner to move over by 3mm.
Could this be our issue?
The flaps are also not round anymore!
