I,m suggesting your solus is giving the wrong discription of the code, so cannot be trusted, also as this is an inter-mittent problem i can,t see how your turbo supplier could possibly say the turbo actuator is OK by just an ign on full sweep !! So can they be trusted ?
More testing needed. Have you searched the forum ?
