why do you ask for help then put a blindfold on those that could help ?

"My point is if a customer can't afford a new part then you have to go secondhand and explain there's no warranty on the job done."

Do you really think fitting S/hand parts will actually save them money in the long run ?

As for FOOL PARTS, no surprise there. Don,t expect them to accept a warranty claim.
