Please help me

Bought this car last year, paid for a dual mass and clutch , now the glow plug comes on at
3000RPM, from experience, vanes are sticking, paid £70 for REVIVE turbo cleaner, now wont go over 60 MPH, happy days, need help, 99% sure its the Turbo, Audi quoted £1400 all in, any advice would be appreciated , also anywhere around Aylesbury that can help me, or could this fault be anything else, and what are the consequences of continual driving, I am totally in your hands .
