ok van back in today and traced fault to the vacuum valve on top of rad, had a identical van in and swopped valve with other van, it seems the waste gate was being opened to soon it does not smoke any more now either which was the worn turbo ,but I just wanted to ask if any one knows if the regeneration can be changed from 300 miles to some thing like 500 miles or more with maybe a tech 2 thanks paul
