A short up-date on this. I have passed the comments of Mark and Alan to the customer and disappointingly I have not had any feed back.

I do find it ill-mannered of customers for whom you try and bend over backwards, who do not respond with any feed back. Interestingly, I have made further investigations into the possible cause of why the vehicle is cutting out and it seems that the Fuel Pressure Regulator Valve could be the source of the problem. If the customer can be asked to ring me back, I will pass this info onto her.
