Hi

Had this one in with mil on and low in power. showing fault code P0627 Fuel pump control a open circuit.
Has any one had this code before? is it for high pressure pump or low pressure in tank if there is one.
AutoData gives fault description as pump/ecu/wiring or relay. there is no relay for high pressure pump?
I have looked on live data and am getting 350bar at idle and about 750 bar at high rev fuel pressure.
I have removed suction valves from high pressure pump to check for metal filing non present. I have emptied fuel filter and there does seem to be metal filing in fuel.
Any advise please before I remove high pressure pump?
