Advice please. Egr fault. Fault code P0406. Removed the 4 screws holding the motor to the manifold, and the small dumb bell between the motor drive and the egr valve is broken. The egr valve is seized. Cant get this small part separate so would need an egr which is part of the manifold. I take it that the egr valve in manifold should turn. I could make something to take the dumb bells place if I could free the valve without breaking. Has anyone else come across this. If a new manifold required, how long to do job. Hope this makes sense.
