I had a freelander towed to me by the AA a few weeks ago that was diagnosed as a failed turbo. It was just the breather filter-easy to spot by the oil pumping out of the dipstick tube when dipstick removed. I fitted one from factor but was the same make as the one I removed. These need to be changed regularly.
