Hi Tony, definately no other codes, i've spent most of the afternoon trying to clean the original dpf, re-fitted non-start, disconnect dpf at 3 bolt flange & it starts.
can't remember what the pressure readings are at mo, still too hacked off!!
spoke to local main dealer today, he says they're flawed at that age, dpf is too far from engine & full of headaches. on the plus side as this hasn't been to dealers since 3 years old he also thinks there is probably an update or 2 to help with this issue.
i'm tempted to replace the egr with a new oe one as i suspect it was the culprit in the first case.
