I am sorry but don't know All BMW codes off the top of my head and I would find descriptions helpful.

The glow plug issue clearly needs addressing next and is unlikely to be all plugs faulty so look for a common fault possibly control relay.

With regards to coolant temperature if still a problem look out for small thermostat on EGR cooler on some BMW models.
