When you have time could you please email me the VAG specific DPF info you have as i'm sure i'll need it at some stage.

Expert mode on a snap-on scanner does have some good uses if you can understand the measureing block channel numbers as its supposed to function similar to the older VAG dealer tool.

I Know on software 10.2 some VAG cars didn't have any or very limited DPF info but it did start to appear on 10.4.

I'm now on the latest software and it has a Transporte DPF regen process listed now whereas it didn't when i needed it on 10.2.

My fault was caused though by a faulty DPF pressure senor which i confirmed iirc by a volt meter at the dps sensor its self.
