Actual over desired readings give you an insite into how the ecu is coping to achieve the target fuel pressure and if the target pressure/airflow is lagging behind the desired targets.
Without a known good fuel system profile actual and desired will possibly be more accurate, also you can watch this easier on the road under different loads.
I personally think that 1.5sec is a little sluggish but not alarming.
How long does it take for the target fuel pressure to be met from crank to start?
Maybe somebody has got a fuel system profile for this vehicle.
you could put a request in for one on the Autoscope section
EGR/Blocked airway has an effect on the rise time of your profiles, even if it is only leaking/blocked very,very slightly.
