This person or people should not be allowed to operate or be allowed to service and repair motor vehicles. They clearly have no basic understanding of how a engine operates.
This will be a complete can of worms now. If the they failed to complete the task of replacing the timing belt and all the processes that are needed for this repair.
They will have no chance of dismantling half the engine and rebuilding correct.
I feel really sorry for the owner of this car. He is going to end up with massive bill and car that will never be the same as the day he dropped it off a new cambelt.
WHY do the government not regulate this trade. This would get rid of all the bandits and the genuine Repairs would benefit and the retail customer would benefit. Its a win win situation.
