Yes this is now fixed thanks to your help in educating me.It was'nt a injector as i suspected.
it turned out to be air ingress into pre pump not allowing rail pressure to meet the require 200 bar for starting .I replaced all the brittle 3 plastic fuel pipes
and also replaced the seals in the return pressure regulator. after doing this the rail pressure was up in no time at all.so thats problem number 1 sorted
