Probably won't see customer again, just had a big barney. The "You told me that's what it needed and now you're saying that's not it, now you're saying you can't look at it for two days and I've got no car!" argument. I specifically told him it wasn't a 100% diagnosis but he wanted to buy rather than let me spend more time diagnosing it.
The guy just doesn't understand, or want to.
It really annoys me as I squeezed him in despite being really busy. My worry is he'll go somewhere else who'll take a vast amount of money off him and keep it for weeks. Sorry to rant but I thought I was helping a friend out and he can't see I was trying to help him.
