Hi i done a head gasket and new head on this about 4 months ago.
It was in yesterday again with the customer saying it bubbles into the expansion bottle.

He is right it is.!!

At idle you can see after a few minutes it will give a few bubbles every now and then. It hasnt lost water and runs absalutly fine.

I believe it wasnt a genuine gasket fitted could that be the big problem, has anyone else had this problem??
