Isn't one of these engine's the £30 a year tax, could be iirc eco 4 or something similar or does this only apply to the car not a van variant.

Isn't it the common rail CDTi that has problems with the injector sleves corroding causing coolant entering the cylinder.

Never really had any major issues with either other than a couple of head gasket failures, pump edu's and engine ecu's which can happen on any car.

Oil cooler is another suspect part but think that's common to both engine types. Starter motors are rubbish and alternaters are expensive for a good one.

Other than that i think there a good car.
