As regards data, it should be the same as a 210 body E270CDi.
If your capacitor code returns after clearing then as James said its worth checking.
The most common problem I have seen on them is air in the fuel. Often there are a number of small leaks, usually O rings. The non return valve on the filter can also cause this. I think all of these have clear pipes from the filter to the pump so you should be able to see air if that is the problem. Use a vac gauge to check the lift pump and the supply lines.
I have had two of these with faulty starters interfering with the CKP signal but probably not in your case if there if fuel out the exhaust.
