Sorry I didn't report back to you yesterday.
I load tested the Powers and GNDs to the ECU and they are all okay. Then I tried to start the van again and this time I got P0201 and P0202. The DTCs are obviously swapping around between the injectors so I thought that it was pointless trying to swap around (or hardwiring) the injectors as all 4 have had related P020- DTCs at this stage.
I then proceeded to open up the ECU itself to check for any obvious burns or whatever and found nothing that was obvious anyway.
