I suspect he might have been looking at the wrong data but the shop layout is one where all the searching is done "behind closed doors" I suspect that if I had access to his PC I would have no problem finding it!

(If he had known what a "Needle lift sensor" was he would have realised fi he was looking at the wrong data! IYSWIM)

Nine times out of ten it would be much easier for "Me" to find what I want and just give "Them" a list of part numbers! (I have done this for Years with Toyota by using an unofficial site with access to the Toyota parts cat. Saves time all round!)

I really do not understand why manufacturrs do not make parts/price data freely available! I cannot see how it could possibly be of any disadvantage to them!
