Even though your not familiar with the code it is suggesting a fueling issue.

Monitor the Rail pressure sensor and see what it is telling you.

Has this system got a supply pump?
Monitor the supply system before and after the filter.(under load)

If it has got a supply pump, measuring the pump current with a scope may lead to some answers.
