Hi,
This Panda sets P0401, insufficient EGR flow. This happens about once a week. The intake is spotless, there are no boost leaks, it drives perfect and has what looks like a new EGR valve already fitted. MAF figures look perfect. The customer has only bought it so no known repair history.

I am thinking possibly a cheap poor quality EGR valve was fitted or maybe there is a software update. Anyone have any experience of these?
