Hi all

Vehicle came in with a total lack of power, fault code 2623 charge air system driftr at idle. This fault does not clear with or without the engine running,we have 12 v and 9 v at the two terminals, no vacuum is switched from wastegate valve to wastegate actuator

Any ideas where to look please
