You will need to match the immo to the Engine, for this you need the vehicle SKC. VCDS can code the ECU & VCDS would be able to help if you send a log & request to Ross Tech, but I doubt they will give you the PIN /SKC.

I think the offers of help you've had so far would be worth taking up on this one Lee.
