Just an update on this one. The customer was working abroad so this ended up in that dark corner of the workshop. I managed to get hold of a mitsubishi manual on disc with all the test procedures which was brilliant. I couldn't find anyone to test this ecu so eventually bit the bullet & brought a second hand unit/immobiliser unit/ key & lock set. It started & ran perfectly
