It might be worth checking the operation of the inlet manifold flaps. The intake pipe of the turbo leaks oil into the motor causing problems. Also the flaps gum up with carbon.

If you look deep inside the v just in front of the turbo you can just see the motor linkage. On hard acceleration you should see it operate.

It usually has it own fault code, but may cause boost faults.
