Dash display message "Danger of DPF damage" and small triangular warning lamp with exclamation mark in center is illuminated. No fault codes logged, Additive system live data indicates "Additive system minimum level not reached". Another garage topped up additive tank but didn't do a reset, I did the reset but warning is still present.
Counter 1 Reads Total quantity of diesel additive injected in particulate emission filter = 64 grammes.
Counter 2 reads "Total quantity of diesel additive injected from additive reservoir = 0 grammes.

Does this additive system have a level sensor in the additive tank or does it just work out the amount from the counter after zeroing?
Any info greatly appreciated.

P.S.
Vehicle did have DTC's related to heater plugs which we changed (all 4 were duff) no DTC's related to that now.
