I thought of doing that but when i didn't have the calibration number I just selected one radomley from a list of around 40 numbers, Obviously only for testing purposes. i got comms with the ecu and could read codes & data etc....
But thought if I tried update function it would probably just use the number i'd selected at the start and look for an update on that.
I could pull the ecu down but it's just a crazy task to have to do just to ID the vehicle correctly. Plus I still dobn't understand the password issue on the regen side.
